Salmon & Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • Salmon 200.00g
  • Sweet Potato 200.00g
  • Broccoli 100.00g

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Cut sweet potato into cubes and toss with olive oil.

3. Roast sweet potato for 20 minutes.

4. Season salmon with lemon, dill, salt, and pepper.

5. Add salmon to baking sheet with sweet potato.

6. Bake for additional 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked.

7. Serve with steamed broccoli on the side.
